Secure All Private Endpoints

list of changes:

• secured all backend endpoints and sent required headers from frontend
• delete unused files from previous checkpoints
• created new endpoints/thunks to retrieve the itineraries/days on the explore page
• updated several components to prevent users from changing public (explore page) itineraries
• updated personalization form to format values the way they are expected in the backend
