ArcMap is now on 10.8.1

Hey, Evan, I remember taking this workshop last year, and how quickly you set it up so that we could participate on an "edit-a-thon"-like event. I don't know if it would make sense to adapt it to a "work from home" / online environment, especially because this was like a "one time thing"? Let me know what you think!
