Decimal places in answers #5

Go through calculated formula answer problems and check that calculated answers are truncated to the correct number of decimal places: http://webwork.maa.org/wiki/FormattingDecimals#.WTBXmGgrJPZ

This should not cause a problem in the majority of problems due to the provided tolerances, but could be problematic in a select few.
