Preview when editing and creating content #13

Since we have to use the admin theme to edit content due to CLF requirements we should try to add the CLF css to the CKEditor area if possible. We need to make the editing experience as seamless as possible.

Patrick said that the current state of the editor is ok for launch. Removing from launch CLF milestone.
