Complete rangefinder + tweak existing tools

Completes the core implementation of the rangefinder tool, tweaks the clinometer and measuring tape tools, and adds new textures for the compass tool

• Add AZ and ML-AZ modes to rangefinder
• Move rangefinder measurement outputs to HUD
• Add limit to percent side of clinometer
• Fix measuring tape node reset issue
• Re-add measuring tape distance hud
