Create Gazebo worlds with task-related models #100

RoboSub competititon tasks from 2021 here

We want to create Gazebo worlds with some task-related models for training (see uc_gendata.world as an example). We already have a model of a gate, and images from the tasks can be applied as a texture to simple geometry (see the Lena box as an example).

See pull request #103 for models for each image used in the competition (pending final specifications). Still missing the path marker and cover+handle.
