Install Orbitty BSP then document #123

Flash the TX2 again with L4T, JetPack, and Orbitty BSP. Todo:

  1. Understand the flashing process from Connect Tech. Identify whether it is necessary to flash again or is it possible to just install the Orbitty BSP.
  2. Test integration with Docker image, sensors, cameras, and thrusters
  3. Document the process (update Wiki)
