Resolve Compatibility Issues with ROS 2 Galactic Distro #96

To resolve an OpenGL runtime error occurring when RVIZ and Gazebo are run together in the triton_bringup node, an upgrade to ROS 2 Galactic was necessary. The purpose of this issue is to replace some depreciated code so that triton will build with ROS 2 Foxy and Galactic.
