Spawn 2 or more UR robots into different namespaces

update ur_controllers.yaml controller names (start with /**/)
update ur_simulation_description/urdf/ur.urdf.xacro gazebo sim plugin namespace to take an arg (currently hard-coded)
- include the customized package as a submodule
use robot name for namespace string and launch in series with callbacks in multiple2.launch.py
