Bootstrap pagers

If anybody needs this... Creates next12345prev pagers like in the CLF specification.

Stolen from the Drupal bootstrap theme module.

There is something similar in the 'extras.php' file (similarly borrowed ;) - I wasn't sure if I should include it in the base theme or not. I'd be interested in your feedback. Perhaps it would be best to create a few branches...

Aaah I see that hook_button is also in there. D'oh ;)

I think things like buttons and pagers are pretty integral to implementing the CLF, and that they should be included in the base theme.

Agreed.

I get blinded by the fact that we're constantly customizing everything to suit design, so too many hard defaults seem to be excessive. My myopia.
