Check access rights when creating courses

When admins create new courses for instructors, they rely on their admin role of the faculty in order to edit the courses.

Since the course Faculty is not a mandatory field, if it is left empty, the admin will lost access right to the newly created course.

To make sure they can edit the courses, consider to:

• when saving a new course, check if the creator is added as instructor or if the creator is an admin of the course faculty; and/or
• make the Faculty field mandatory
