Add student names and student numbers as columns in the final CSV?

Solution presented in 'Adding-Names' branch. Awaiting full deployment testing.

Adding student names and SIS IDs is possible and feature has been added, adding student sections is not possible with the API. Adding sections involves using the enrollments API call,https://canvas.instructure.com/doc/api/enrollments.html#method.enrollments_api.index, and 'Currently, only a root level admin user can return other users' enrollments. A user can, however, return his/her own enrollments.'
