Things I want to fix, but don't want to pollute the dependency PR with.

• [x] AuthController::personPriviliged spelling
• [x] Server should be AutoTestServer
• [x] RouteHandler should be AutoTestRouteHandler
• [x] Backend should be BackendDaemon
• [x] Fix problem where AutoTestRouteHandler::postGithubHook() raises error
• [x] Show all Docker image tags
• [x] Choose selected docker image w/ SHA, not tag (tags can be overwritten)
• [x] Get Docker image creation streaming properly
• [x] Provide meaningful error for GitHub BadCredentials event
• [x] Use getTeam to make getTeamNumber faster in GitHubActions (instead of using listTeams)
• [x] Light sanitization on Trace output (remove unless response body values, and [object Object]
• [x] Reduce proxy and db log verbosity
• [x] Rescue docs updates
