Spike: LTI integration with Canvas #15

LMS to PL integration exists. This makes LTI integration with Canvas possible.

As I have not used any of these integrations or Canvas, research this area more to determine how we can integrate Canvas with Prairie Learn at UBC.

Call to action: Once enough information and background on these subjects exist to understand what the LTI integration is and its potential, follow-up with Dave on a new issue in Prairie Learn to help build out the LTI upgrade requirements.

Conclusion: this is a nice-to-have at the moment because grades can be manually exported and uploaded to GradeScope.

Cinda: 

it's a "would be nice" kind of thing: 1) would be nice to havev PL grades show up automatically in canvas, and 2) would be nice for students not to have to give an extra click to the external tool (where they might have to auth again)
