The invoice list/report displays allocations in statuses related to payments (payment requested, payment pending). This doesn't include allocation change requests because they do not have these options for statuses. Add payment related status to allocation change requests, see: https://coldfront.readthedocs.io/en/latest/howto/allocations/statuses/ Then update the invoice list view to include the allocation change requests in those statuses.
