Add Kerberos Ticket Granting Ticket option #133

Hello team,

It would be nice to add an optional feature to allow the integration of Kerberos Ticket Granting Ticket. Unless I am mistaken, it is currently not possible to do so. It would a great feature to have, especially when one uses mokey in a internal network.
