R version 4.3 #132

Dear Team,

The pipeline for ATAC Seq analysis, I and my team are working on need the R version 4.3 in RStudio in order to install and use all the required packages and dependencies.

I would like to request for the Rv4.3 to be installed in the RStudio on RPCI visualisation desktop .

A newer version of R will be installed in next year's software release ccrsoft/2024.x. We'll leave this issue open
