7 months ago This is on hold until a newer version of tensorflow is available so that we can upgrade to a newer version of Alphafold and Colabfold. There are several versions of colabfold that work with the necessary dependencies currently available in ccrsoft/2023.01; however despite successfully installing, they don't run due to a python library issue.
Colabfold is very similar to alphafold but has some additional features such as the ability to select a specific template to use in predictions. I believe that the main difficulty in installing this program is that it requires a conda enviroment.
