Hi,

Can you please create an EasyBuild module for the python package mira-multiome (https://mira-multiome.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started.html).

@jjacobi3 When there is no EB recipe we have to put these requests at the bottom of the to-do list and we work on them when/if we have time. As you can see from the list of pending issues, there are many older requests waiting. You could try reaching out to RPCI IT to see if they would have time to work on this for you or if they might be able to help you with setting this up in a container, rather than using Easybuild for it. We can leave the issue open if you want though and we will attempt to work on it in the coming months. If you're able to find another way to use it, please close the issue. Thanks!

Note: as per https://pypi.org/project/mira-multiome/2.1.1/ MIRA works on top of Scanpy and Anndata [...]

Both of these are already installed modules: anndata/0.10.3 and scanpy/1.9.1

Got it installed through pip in a custom python env and is working well!! Thanks!
