the pdf is in embedded view; worked locally but the preview doesn't seem to like it. Lmk if it doesn't work at all, even just having the file served through static is enough

Edit: it seems like the embed isn't working because of CSP things that I don't quite understand, just go with the PDF link for now and I'll try to sort out the proper embedded page later.
