For this one, the todos are:

• [x] myst.yml
• [x] readme
• [x] move figures from the bottom to relevant place in the text (the pdf location of the figures is a good reference, as is the first time that they were mentioned)

Also, I know that some of the references aren't rendering correctly. I have asked Dom for an updated references file which should resolve that.
