Changes

Fixes some spelling errors surfaced by the spellchecker in #120 - thanks @srijonsaha !

Also enables chalk colouring - looks like we just have to forcibly enable it, as mdspell depends on chalk, and chalk probably disables color in CI by default because there was a PR "recently" to enable it in Actions (https://github.com/chalk/supports-color/pull/102)
