Changes

Questions regarding recruitment decisions have come up, which raises the question of "can we provide feedback?"

I outlined a rough rationale for this in #tm-leads-2020, but I'm not sure if we want to go in-depth about the rationale in this section, since I don't have particularly well-formed thoughts on this.
