Correcting typos, capitalizing team names #194

narrrowed -> narrowed specc'd -> spec'd (while informal, "spec'd" or "specced" seems to be the accurate way to spell this word) -- forgot to implement this patch leadership -> Leadership -- for consistency, as we've capitalized both "leadership" and "strategy" when referring to the teams throughout the article
