new landing page, search page, quicklinks in search, better dark mode, and more #197

Removed "introduction" page and the "get started" button
Added a dedicated search page with big search bar and clearer results
Added quick links to result suggestions (easier access to repo links, drive links, etc)
Dependency updates, switch fulltext-search plugin to UBC Launch Pad fork since the maintainer is unresponsive and there is probably a lot of improvements we can make here
Fix https://github.com/ubclaunchpad/docs/issues/180 by suffixing the actionLink
Fix https://github.com/ubclaunchpad/docs/issues/198 by adding a dark mode override
