This story provides the necessary tools to get needed meta information from an area or set of docs

Encompasses smaller tasks:

• create CRUD API to manage an area #275
• Proof of Concept: correlate meta information for docs and areas for querying #275
• use the area api to get sidebar results on client-side #267

What Exactly does this solve?

• If you want to see a sidebar of all the files or directories, the endpoint helps with that to get the list of docs and sub folders or bulk edit these
• meta information useful such as last-edited etc important for the doc; these obviously are not stored in the S3 file itself
