This PR addresses the following:

Issue #337

About us section with image & non-clickable button (InfoButton) above "What we do at Launch Pad"
Join us section with role descriptions (created reausable component 'InfoCard' for role descriptions with icons)

Issue #331

Button primitives https://github.com/shadcn-ui/ui/blob/main/apps/www/registry/default/ui/button.tsx used as a reference
