• Create function for converting youtube videos into spectrogram data.
• Output is shape (N, 1025, 32, 3), the same as the librivox dataset.
• Made directory structure global.
• Fixed port issue that @Schemetrical found.
• Added librosa, you may need to pip install -r requirements.txt.
