Comment/rate only once, Editable comment/rating in settings #48

Question: it seems like prompting user to edit ratings and edit comments only happens if you were able to get the a comment from user in the database. What if the user wants to "edit his/her comments/ratings" without having commented/rated? Does the UI allow that in the first place? Or no prompt would show up? So in general, what would the behavior be like? But that's not crucial and everything looks good to me. I'll merge it.

Currently, no prompt shows up if user hasnt commented/rated. The edit buttons are there but the prompt wont show up if they are clicked and user doesnt have a comment/rating.
