move-to-project automation seems to be failing #561

Added a PAT in https://github.com/ubclaunchpad/rocket2/commit/866fb077fbd3616048c61b74184161b1c6f880fc, will keep an eye on the workflow for the next issue created

It's going to look like I'm really fast at dropping issues into triage for now, but it's working - maybe I'll switch over to a bot user later
