Buy red balloons for testing #3

Will get this by next week, for now try and use this photoshop to come up with the algorithm from (current drone coordinates and photo -> gps coordinates of red balloon tower)

However they do note that the red balloons will be visible from the flight line, so we may be able to fly there manually before scanning autonomously

We can do that when we get the balloons. We need to start by going over the ODLC guidelines for SUAS. Evaluate models and assess when and where we need to fine-tune.
