Search descriptions and tags simultaneously

As a user I want to search for item descriptions and tags simultaneously.

Steps:

• Upload to Frog items with filenames:
  • jumpgate_proto
  • jumpgate
  • jumpactive
  • randomdescription
• Tag entry "randomdescription" with tag "jump".
• Search for "jump"

Observe search results do not return all four items, the tag is not included in the search.
