Copy images to: New Existing

Add a tree or menu to toolbar for gallery nav. Or a slide in panel showing a tree grid with description and image count

There will be two UIs needed and some backend work.

Copy Images will need a window that pops up and you can select a gallery to add to or create a new one. Add to an existing will filter on public and ones you have permission to view. When adding they will default to private. When finished, it will ask if you'd like to go to that gallery.

Add a menu item to toolbar if you are the owner, you can toggle public and private

There also needs to be a navigation which should be next to Upload or even before it. It will open a panel on the left that shows a table of Name, Media Count. It will only show public, your private, and ones you have access to view. Clicking will navigate to that gallery.
