What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enter Source and Destination URL, User and PAss word
2. Click "LOAD" on Source Side
3. Click "Sync"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Can you provide the url you used to load?

Just to clarify things, reportsync requires you to enter the webservice url, 
not the report manager url.

Yeah I was entering Report Manager URL. 

But now I've migrated the Reporting Service by Backup/Restore and other config 
changes and is working now.
