ReportSync Tool Not Working

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.It Connects to Source SSRS server but not to Destination. Tried many times 
with correct credentials.
2.No Functionality is working .. Download, Upload, Sync between source and 
destination.

It says Files were Downloaded but no files in the Local Path folder. Same with 
Sync .. It says Synced .. But nothing is synced on the destination server.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Says Success, but nothing happens ..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

ReportSync.v1.1.2 

OS is Win7 Enterprise and Win Server 2012 Datacenter

Please Resolve ..

Thanks for reporting. 
I have not tested this tool with SQL Server 2012. 
Not sure if things have changed there. 

Will take a look as soon as I can get my hands on a 2012 Datacenter edition 
server.

Or could you please test it on the SQL 2012 evaluation version on Win7\8 ?

I have migrated reports to SQL Server 2012 on Windows Server 2012 but the data 
source issue occurred (issue #45) which may or may not be related.
