Please update CONTRIBUTING.md to make it clear that contributions are subject to the Uber contributor license agreement. Please also update CONTRIBUTORS to point to the latter instead of the Google CLA.

Thanks for the feedback, we've merged https://github.com/uber-go/mock/pull/107 and https://github.com/uber-go/mock/pull/108 to help resolve the confusion.
