It seems that there is a bug in init_coco.sh. maybe PYTHONPATH=$(pwd)/lib/dataset_devkit/panopticapi:$PYTHONPATH should change to PYTHONPATH=$(pwd)/lib/dataset_devkit:$PYTHONPATH
