Docker runtime #12

Hi,

thank you for publishing this code, I really like the idea of running the algorithm locally! However, I didn't wanted to install the runtime environment (especially not the redis DB) on my local system/server. As an alternative, I have added configuration files and instructions how to run your code inside a docker container. I thought others might find this helpful, so please consider adding the changes to you repository.
