How to dct2jpeg? #11

This is a wonderful research idea and thought process. Thanks for open sourcing your work :)

This might be a silly question, but how can I huffman encode back the dct components to a jpeg file on disk?

Same question: how to implement the inverse operation "dct2jpeg"
