Fixes several bugs in the parser:

Adds support for all path commands. Closes #6
Fixes an issue where some arcs were not drawn correctly
May fix an issue where colors and alphas aren't combined correctly
Fixes an issue where alpha in colors was ignored
Fixes an issue where the wrong initial value was applied for fill rule
Adds a better error message when a hex color is in an invalid format
