Add target to run Nanoscope integration tests. #11

To run Nanoscope integration tests, execute the following command:

mma run-nanoscope-tests

If you've run the command previously, mm should be sufficient.

@AttwellBrian This works on my machine but it's unclear whether that's due to cached dependencies from the various other commands I've run while testing this out. Mind trying this patch out on your machine?
