Description

This is the commit for the version 1.1.4.3. This fixed a few issues related to the maintenance of the package. The critical changes include

migration to cmdstanpy as PyStan is deprecated
upgrade of dependencies
upgrade unit test to support Python >= 3.9
related notebook tutorials update
