add FUTURE.md #19

Describes areas of future interest / potential work. Consider it an enumeration of "research areas" rather than a technical roadmap.

I was also torn. I ended up going with separate file because I didn't want to disturb the flow of the README on the repo's landing page (https://github.com/uber/queryparser). I just edited the commit to include a link from the README to FUTURE. Let me know what you think!

Also I just discovered that my git config resulted in vim swp files being committed :O pardon me, will amend the commit to exclude those.
