These changes update, fix bugs in, and improve the sample apps.

Migrated example pods to Cocoapods for easier testing and debugging. (Ignore all .xcworkspace/xcodeproj files)
Migrate renames.
Fix / improve sample apps / SDK code:
- Obj-C sample was missing deeplink handler for iOS 8
- Add @discardableResult annotation to token manager methods, removing warnings for unused result values.
- Fix crash from performing WebKit operation off main thread
- Fix Ride Request Widget load errors.
