Description

Bumped the min deployment version to 12.0 to meet OHTTPStubs requirement
Fixed a few tests in UberCore that were failing
Added a workflow to build and test both UberCore and UberRides when pushing to master or creating a pull request

Testing

Manually ran unit tests for both frameworks
Tested workflow using act in local env. Verified that both framework's tests ran and passed using workflow via act
