Initial Split of Uber Rides SDK into UberCore and UberRides #193

I've moved configuration, networking, deeplinking, and tests into its own module (UberCore) in preparation for 0.8.

Alongside these changes, some components were renamed to be consistent with this being a general Uber SDK instead of specifically for the Rides API.

Still to do:

[ ] Move authentication and token persistence into UberCore
[ ] Update podspec and test with dependency managers
[ ] Update sample apps
