Fix Assigned issues search #51

The endpoint was set to localhost:5000 instead of API_BASE

Any ideas on how to make it more flexible? Right now owner and repo are coded in.

@piatra Sure, we can add an input (probably a select) to choose the repo. Feel free to open a pull req/issue for this!
