Add option to accept invalid SSL certs #560

I cannot connect to my ZNC server since the app doesn't provide a way to accept invalid SSL certs, it would be great if an option was there.

Given how easy it is to get free certs these days with Let's Encrypt, versus the security implications of not verifying certs, I don't think it's a good idea to support this.
