add custom resolution and borderless/stretch like in sekiro #101

I played sekiro with your tool and was able to stretch 1280x960 without the black bars but with elden ring i can't, i enabled widescreen support but vertical blackbars are still there :(

figured it out, you just have to change the resolution after its turned on
