Extreme Stuttering #119

The game plays fine at vanilla 60fps but as soon as I enable the uncapper, it starts to run at higher frames reaching 120fps at some points but also stutters really badly almost every 2 seconds. I have an i5-10400f and a 3060ti and I'm playing the latest version of the game.

Not related to this tool but try setting CPU affinity to exclude your first core (CPU0). It fixed my frametime issues completely.
